Q.  What is the turn around time for my order?

A.  It will take up to 2 days to create your photo into a work of art, sketch or portrait.  You will receive your mockup for review and once approved, it will 2 business days to print before it ships. Depending on the method of shipment selected, allow for shipping time. 

Q. Will I see my artwork before it's shipped and make changes if needed?

Yes!  Once your pet photo is turned into custom artwork, we will send you a mockup to get your approval.  Only after your approval, we will proceed with printing.

Q. Are these actual artist creations?

Yes!  The artists that we use have been vetted by us and we believe they are masters in recreating art into this beautiful digital form.  Portraits are exactly as you would expect and are great for canvas.  Sketches are also great works of art by themselves, but also render well on to products like phone cases, shirts, mugs, etc.

Q. How should the digital photo be submitted?

On the Photo Guidelines on the menu page there are detailed descriptions, however these can be quickly summarized below:

• Make sure you have strong lighting for your pic
• Dark pets with light background or light pets with dark background work best
• Front view, standing and facing the camera is always the best
• Make sure the pet is not blurry and there is nothing covered or cut off

Q. How long does it take?

We usually have the artist pic to you within 2 days, depending on workload  and when submitted. Once reviewed, we can typically print and ship in 2 more days, then it is on its way from the shop on the East Coast, USA
